Problem: The platform needed to handle multi-gigabyte 3D scan uploads (CT/MRI) over standard web connections without crashing the browser. The challenge was managing large file transfers, processing them efficiently, and rendering them smoothly for real-time analysis by surgeons.
Solution: We engineered a robust, asynchronous file handling pipeline. The Angular frontend chunks and streams large files to a FastAPI backend. On the server, chunks are reassembled, and a background process handles 3D model compression and optimization. The processed model is then streamed back for interactive rendering via a custom WebGL viewer.
Business Outcome: Enabled reliable uploads of files up to 5GB, reduced model loading times by 80%, and provided surgeons with a fluid, real-time diagnostic tool. This core functionality was key to securing their next round of investment.

Problem: A manual, email-based process for approving custom surgical implants was causing significant delays, version control issues, and increased risk. They needed a centralized, auditable system to manage the workflow from submission to the 3D printing queue.
Solution: We developed a full-stack web application that digitized the entire workflow. It features role-based access for surgeons and technicians, a multi-stage approval dashboard, live 3D model review with annotations (using Three.js), and automated notifications. Approved models are sent directly to a secure 3D printing queue API.
Business Outcome: Reduced the average implant approval time from days to hours. The system eliminated version control errors, created a complete audit trail for compliance, and improved inter-departmental collaboration, enhancing patient safety.

Problem: Rendering entire high-polygon 3D building models at once in a browser is not feasible. The client needed a system to process large GLB files into a streamable 3D tileset format and a viewer to render these tours efficiently on any device.
Solution: We built a cloud-based processing pipeline that ingests a GLB file, automatically segments it into spatial tiles, and converts each tile into the B3DM format with DRACO compression. We then developed a custom Three.js web viewer that dynamically loads and unloads tiles based on the camera's position, ensuring a smooth, high-fidelity experience.
Business Outcome: The platform can now generate interactive 3D tours from architectural models of any size. This created a significant competitive advantage, leading to a 200% increase in customer sign-ups in the first quarter after launch.
